Since the state would not change the smoking ban to include bars in Louisiana, the anti’s are now going parish to parish. This is all too familiar. They are like the plague, the go county by county, till they remove all options from owners of bars and restaurants. What’s wrong with free choice, oh right, there is no way but their way. The American people are just to stupid to make a choice.

The Control of Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Bill (‘Tobacco Bill’), which is open for comment until 9 August 2018, imposes draconian new rules and restrictions on the sale and use of tobacco products, and controversially places electronic delivery systems (e-cigarettes or “vapes”) under harsh regulation.
