Hardly, according to Søren Højbjerg. Legal battles continue as hospitality businesses assert their rights to allow smoking, as they adhere to the national law on smoking. Even in a system of rigged courts, heavily weighted in favor of the anti-tobacco industry, the smoking-friendly venues are winning: a sad day for anti-tobacco but a very good thing for the rest of us, the normal people.
