Dealing with the global warming panic, the article asks the question, “Will the legal strategy that brought down Big Tobacco work against Big Oil?” Our reader comments, “You told us this type of thing was going to happen and you were right.” Of course we have no crystal ball. It was simply inevitable. Read and weep.
