Nick Hogan is a British Landlord who is fighting the smoking ban. He has the courage to disobey the Nazi law. He knows that liberty and justice must be defended, that Healthist obsessions are in fact sick, that the dangers of passive smoking are an institutional fraud imposed by dishonest health authorities. He also knows that the smoking ban is just the beginning of vicious impositions on business owners and all citizens.

This hero was sentenced in court on Monday 28 January to fines and costs of 10,000 pounds on charges of respecting the right to smoke in his pub. He was cleared of charges of obstruction, and has 21 days in which to lodge an appeal against his sentence.
He has absorbed his legal costs to date, reportedly so far over 100,000 pounds. Also owing to a local problem with his licence he has not been trading for much of January and until the situation is resolved he is only allowed to trade two days a week.
Nick wants to continue fighting, he has not surrendered, he is not intimidated. The health bastards want to put him on his knees financially, so that he will obey or go under.
We have to help him to fight the fight, to continue to disobey, and to show the world that it is possible to fight “public health”, no matter how powerful, revolting and corrupt it has become.
