In France, it is totally acceptable to "vape" away in a pub, club, café, or restaurant, as many people in France do. However the health "nazi’s" nose are bent out of shape because they don’t want to normalize "smoking" or anything that looks like "smoking".
France’s Health Department ”said the ban should be put into place, "even if the risks of passive smoking are zero or extremely limited".
We hope the French people object strongly as they have done in the past.
