Two former waitresses who filed a $15million lawsuit against a New York City restaurant claiming sexual harassment, discrimination and forcible weigh-ins will get their day in court.
In addition to sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, battery and a hostile work environment, the two women also claimed that they were fired for complaining about the manager’s behavior. They are now demanding $15 million in compensatory and punitive damages, according to the lawsuit.
Too bad they didn’t think of suing Bloomberg personally.
