Smokers may get there day in court this year. Mike Kennedy, a Canadian, has been granted a court date, for a Leave to Appeal. He will be presenting evidence regarding the smoking bans in Canada. How significant is this? Very significant. This is the first time we have heard of such a legal procedure in Canada.
