This city of Big Brothers has now banned the smoking of cigarettes in privately owned homes that are connected to other homes, as in Townhouses, Condominiums, and Duplexes. Smoking in Apartments is also banned.<br />

Cancer, Heart and Lung Associations have a better chance of banning smoking locally by bombarding the areas with an anti-smoking media message.
