British pub owner Hamish Howitt has had another day in court and hopes for more.
Hamish Howitt is a man of principle and a true hero. Despite fines he staunchly refuses to stop permitting smoking in one of his pubs.
Indeed he has invited enforcement so as to bring about further judicial review through which he intends to challenge the ban on fundamental grounds. He insists the ban is an unsupported and insupportable infringement on human rights.
This man is up against the Healthist government and all its fraudulent ideology of fear and hate. He must be prepared to deal with that. He says he will not give up. Our full support and every good wish go with him.
