Open Letter to Minnesota Department of Health

Attorney Mark W. Benjamin of Minnesota, active in the "Theatre Night" movement which we have lately been covering on these pages, responds in an open letter to the threatening tactics used by John Stine of the Minnesota Department of Health.
Attorney Benjamin released this message on Tuesday evening:

To Members of the Press —

Attached please find my open letter to Mr. John Stine, Director, Environmental Health Division, Minnesota Department of Health. This is sent in response to the numerous "informational" form letters sent by Mr. Stine to Minnesota bar owners for the sole purpose of harassment, intimidation and fear.
