England way ahead of USA on E-cigarettes
The anti’s who supported and lobbyied for smoking bans are trying to do the same thing with e-cigarettes in the USA.<br />

England is taking a much more reasonable approach by encouraging people to use them and re-thinking about allowing people to use them in hospitals.<br type="_moz" />
