Stossel on Smoking Bans Outside

John Stossel thinks banning smoking outdoors is just nonsense. "Dozens of studies have searched for a connection between secondhand smoke and lung cancer or heart disease. Most found none. To jump from that to assume that whiffs of smoke on a beach are harmful is silly.
