Unfortunately the writers forgot a <i>cause of death</i>: junk science epidemiology, in its thousands of manifestations, most notably with regard to passive smoking. Perhaps the writers forgot this in their grief at the loss of Common Sense, or in fear of being sued by very culpable parties who are also left unmentioned in the epitaph: public health authorities.</div>
Only a utopian idealist who is completely bereft of reason could believe in the fairyland of a "smoke-free world."
