Our British friends Colin Grainger and Phil Williams have the belligerence to suggest that they are dignified human beings. That’s what Hamish Champ thinks anyway. Mister Champ is a pub owner. Writing at the Publican, he complains that ever since he began treating smokers like scum, they have stopped patronizing his business. That’s what he calls belligerence. Colin Grainger had something sagacious to say about that at the Freedom to Choose site last Monday and again on Saturday. Phil Williams puts in a wise and witty word, as well, in a new video.
