Often, the general public becomes aware of initiatives to suppress freedom of choice, or to impose the dissemination of false information, when it is too late to react. The anti-tobacco media are often accomplices in this process, for they report the news in a misleading way, or deliberately too late.

The anti-tobacco cartel often uses political subterfuge, lobbying, and manipulation of laws and regulations to achieve its criminal goals.

The earlier the forces of honesty and true democracy know about these activities, the more time there is to fight, and hopefully prevent further infringements of the right to smoke -- or even reverse the abuses already perpetrated.

To fight anti-tobacco is not to promote smoking, but to fight against a form of institutionalized, state-supported crime that affects not just us, but future generations, since the cartel makes it acceptable to distort reality, bend morality, and use deception when those methods achieve a predetermined goal. We are at serious risk that these dishonest practices become the standard of our society.
